زيزفون - Dried Linden

الزيزفون المجفف هو أزهار وأوراق شجرة الزيزفون العريقة، ويُستخدم منذ القدم لتحضير مشروب عشبي دافئ يتميز بنكهته اللطيفة ورائحته العطرية. يُشتهر الزيزفون باستخدامه التقليدي للمساعدة على الاسترخاء وتهدئة الأعصاب، كما يُستخدم شعبياً لدعم الراحة التنفسية والهضمية. لتحضير شاي الزيزفون، تُضاف ملعقة صغيرة من الزيزفون المجفف إلى كوب من الماء الساخن، ويُترك لينقع لمدة 5–10 دقائق، ثم يُصفّى ويمكن تحليته بالعسل حسب الرغبة.

Dried Linden is made from the flowers and leaves of the traditional linden tree and has long been used to prepare a warm herbal tea with a delicate flavor and pleasant aroma. Linden tea is traditionally enjoyed for its relaxing and calming qualities and is also popularly used to support respiratory and digestive comfort. To prepare linden tea, add one teaspoon of dried linden to a cup of hot water and steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain and sweeten with honey if desired.
