عشبة الخزامى | لافندر Lavender

عشبة الخزامى أو اللافندر هي عشبة عطرية طبيعية تتميز بأزهارها الجميلة ورائحتها الهادئة والمنعشة، وتُعد من أشهر الأعشاب المستخدمة في العناية بالجسم والجمال. اشتهرت تقليدياً بخصائصها المريحة والمهدئة، وتُستخدم للمساعدة على الاسترخاء وتقليل التوتر ودعم النوم الهادئ، كما تدخل في العديد من وصفات العناية بالبشرة والشعر والعلاج العطري. يمكن استخدامها لتحضير شاي الخزامى، أو إضافتها إلى ماء الاستحمام، كما تُستخدم أزهارها المجففة لتعطير المكان والوسائد والاستمتاع برائحتها المميزة.
