شيلاجيت - Shilajit

 الشيلاجيت هو مادة طبيعية راتنجية لزجة داكنة اللون تتكون على مدى فترات طويلة من تحلل المواد النباتية والمعادن، وتوجد في المناطق الجبلية مثل جبال الهيمالايا. يحتوي على مركبات مثل حمض الفولفيك والمعادن، ويُستخدم تقليديًا للمساعدة في زيادة الطاقة وتقليل التعب، ودعم الذاكرة والوظائف الإدراكية، وتعزيز صحة الرجال والخصوبة ومستويات التستوستيرون، كما يُعتقد أن خصائصه المضادة للأكسدة تساعد في حماية الخلايا. ويمكن تناوله عادةً بكمية صغيرة تُذاب في الماء أو مشروب دافئ وفق تعليمات المنتج، مع ضرورة اختيار منتج موثوق لأن بعض أنواع الشيلاجيت غير المنقّى قد تحتوي على معادن ثقيلة.
